See something you like but can’t make it to the shop first thing in the morning? Read our policy for holding items below.

  • To place items on hold, please call or text the shop (text is preferred) at 434-207-2106. If you’re texting, a screenshot of the item in question is helpful so we know what you’re referring to. Please include your name when you text us.

  • Priority goes to people who are here in person first. We check the phone 5 minutes after we open.

  • If you are holding all of something (i.e. all of the embroidery floss pictured) we ask that you purchase all it. No placing holds just so you can look through and pick out what you want.

  • We will hold items no longer than two weeks before they will go back on the shelf. We will text you a reminder if you are holding a lot of items and we need to make space.
