Have you got a lot on your plate? This little mouse does and we know that many of you are feeling the same recently, we surely are. Hoping this week brings you some peaceful moments and crafting joy. Our main feature today is some cool batiking supplies, try your hand at making your own funky fabric patterns! We’ve got some pretty beads, vintage lace, a cool globe, and a good bit of normal and stripey denim-ish fabric.
And please mark your calendars and plan on coming out on Saturday! The McIntire Plaza is celebrating Earth Day a bit early. Did you know we have three amazing second hand furniture stores, one awesome second hand outdoor gear store, one super fun second hand clothing and accessories store, and a refill store here in the plaza?! McIntire Plaza is the place to shop second hand first and give some love to Mother Earth. On Saturday you can pick up a passport at any one of the awesome sustainability shops, get your passport stamped at all seven shops and then drop it off to be entered to win the Ultimate Reuse Bundle (specials gifts from each shop). On Saturday, we will also be celebrating Earth Day with our annual plant and beauty supply swap. If you have any plant babies you’d like to share, bring them on over and exchange them for something else. Do you have any beauty products (no make-up please) that just didn’t work for your hair or skin? Bring it over and perhaps find something that might work a bit better!
