The other day Little Scrappy said, “I notice you don’t listen to ___ podcast anymore. How come?” I told her that I got annoyed because the host wasn’t addressing any current events or talking about what is happening in the world right now.
She said, “Maybe it’s good for you to get a little break from the news and just listen to other stuff sometimes?”
Man on man, that girl is oh so wise. So much wiser than her old mom for sure!
